Terms and conditions
Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the company myFabrik (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the myfabrik.eu website.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are personalised objects manufactured by 3D printing according to the configuration chosen by the Customer. Each product is unique and made to measure.
The product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight colour variations may occur depending on the filament used and the printing parameters.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (incl. tax), with 20% VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, products being invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 — Order
The Customer configures their product via the online configurator, adds it to the cart, then proceeds to payment. The order is only considered final after confirmation of payment by the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer with the summary of their order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by bank card via Stripe or by PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. No instalment payment is offered.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As the products sold on myfabrik.eu are made to measure according to the configuration chosen by the Customer, no right of withdrawal is applicable.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are manufactured within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery is provided by Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Tracked letter depending on the Customer’s choice at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the carrier:
- Colissimo home delivery: 2-3 working days
- Mondial Relay pick-up point: 3-5 working days
- Tracked letter: 2-4 working days
Article 8 — Complaints and after-sales service
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer may open a support ticket from their customer area within 14 days of receipt. After review, the Seller may proceed with a replacement or a refund.
Article 9 — Warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Article 10 — Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See the dedicated page for more information.
Article 11 — Applicable law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the Seller’s registered office.
