Orders & personalisation

It’s as simple as ordering a pizza, but classier. Choose your product in the shop, personalise it with our configurator (colour, text, dimensions...), add it to the cart and proceed to payment. Your unique object will be made in our workshop within 3 to 5 working days.

If your order isn’t in production yet, yes! Contact us quickly via our contact form and we’ll do our best. Once the printer is purring, it’s like a cake in the oven: you can no longer change the recipe.

As long as your product isn’t being manufactured, cancellation is possible. As our products are made to measure, once production has started it’s impossible for us to cancel it.

Allow 3 to 5 working days for manufacturing. Each piece is unique and printed individually with love (and a lot of precision).

Absolutely! A wedding for 200 people? A baby shower for twins? We love a challenge. Contact us with the details and we’ll give you a personalised quote with tiered pricing.

Products & 3D printing

Imagine a classic printer, but instead of laying ink on paper, it stacks ultra-thin layers of molten plastic to create a 3D object. Layer after layer, your glass marker or your name holder takes shape.

We mainly use PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic made from corn starch. It’s strong, available in a multitude of colours, and environmentally friendly. For some products, we also offer PETG for better heat resistance.

We do our best, but every screen displays colours differently. Slight variations are possible. If a precise colour is critical for you, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes! Our objects are designed to last. PLA is a rigid, resistant material. For normal use, it’s solid.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are decorative and not certified for direct food contact. They are perfect as place markers, name holders, table decorations. However, we also have a selection of products certified for food contact and/or dishwasher-safe. These specifics are always indicated on the product page in question.

Delivery

After manufacturing (3-5 working days), allow 2 to 5 additional working days depending on the carrier chosen: Colissimo (2-3 days), Mondial Relay (3-5 days) or Tracked letter (2-4 days). In total, your parcel generally arrives within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping costs depend on the carrier and the weight. Good news: delivery is free from EUR 89 of purchase!

For now, we deliver to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Live elsewhere in Europe? Contact us, we always find a solution!

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer area.

Take photos of the packaging and the product, then contact us within 48h via our contact form. We’ll find a quick solution (replacement or refund).

Payment

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via Stripe and PayPal. Payment is 100% secure.

Absolutely. All payments go through Stripe or PayPal, world leaders in online banking security. Your card number never passes through our servers.

Not for the moment, but it’s in our plans! In the meantime, our prices remain affordable.

Of course! Specify in the order notes that it’s a gift and we won’t include an invoice in the parcel.

Returns & refunds

As our products are made to measure according to your configuration, the right of withdrawal does not apply (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). However, if the product is defective or non-compliant, we will replace it or refund you without hesitation.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the defect. Our team will review your claim and offer you a replacement or a refund.

Once your claim is validated, the refund is made within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.

My account & data

Yes, an account is required to place an order. It lets you track your orders, save your favourite configurations, and contact our support.

Contact us via the contact form and we will delete your account and your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Only what is necessary: processing your order, delivering to you and contacting you if needed. We don’t sell anything to anyone, we don’t spam, we respect the GDPR.
