Tips for the best results
Roll out your dough evenly, to about 5 mm, flour the cookie cutter very lightly if needed, then press it down firmly so that the details of the skeleton imprint properly. Lift it off gently before transferring the biscuit to your baking tray.
To keep the details after baking, a biscuit recipe that spreads and rises very little will give the best results.
